Namaste Time flies when we are so busy! Let's make our lives a priority and make time for yoga at the comfort of your home or office! 8 SESSIONS for either 60 or 75 minutes per person, I accommodate to your schedule, i.e. early morning, afternoon, evenings, etc. We can have yoga once a week or twice a week or even three times a week however your schedule allows!
